What's Overhead Conveyor System?

The chain has easy running wheels and runs in the C-profile.
For each link in the chain a product or product part can be hanged or a fixture can be mounted.
The profile can be turned with the opening upwards to avoid pollution of the products from the chain/rail.
One or more driving units pull the chain, they are constructed to transmit maximum power to the chain and give a minimum abrasion.
The speed of the chain can be regulated stepless by means of a frequency inverter. A pneumatic tensioning device keep the chain tense

Q1. How can we start our project with you? 
A: Firstly, we'll send you a questionnaire for getting your detailed requirements. Then we'll make a poject design and inform you the total budget. If order confirmed, we'll sign contract to confirm all order details. After getting your deposit, we start to produce all equipments. After receiving balance payment, we delivery all equipments to customer place and we'll send engineers to make the installation and testing job. 

Q2: What' your payment term? 
A: We need 30% as deposit to start production, and before delivery get the balance payment. For the installation and labor cost, after all installation and testing job finished, you pay us this cost. 

Q3: How do you ship all equipments?
A: We'll load all equipemnt parts into containers. When all parts arrived in cilent factory, we'll send engineers to go abroad to make the installation and testing job. 

Q4: What's your usual delivery time?
A: Usually our delivery time is around 30-45 days, basedon actual project design. 

Q5: Can we get more after sale service infuture?
A: We provide all-life after sale sevrice, if you meet any problem when operating the project, you can get quick technical support from us. Even if you need, we could engineers again to your country help solve problems.
